Should I Invest in property in Spain?

So if you had any doubts before whether or not now was the right time to purchase a property in Spain as an investment your worries should be no more. Recent news of multi-billionaire Bill Gates investing over $100 million in the Spanish construction giant FCC should at least be of some reassurance.

News of Spains tourist industry hitting new heights has certainly raised the Costa del Sols profiles since the end of the summer, with other A list celebrities also purchasing property on the sunshine coast.
