There are a wealth of property agents located in Nueva Andalucia as it is so centrally located and is one of the most popular locations on the coast. A lot of property is walking distance to Puerto Banus and the beach and it is a popular location for those looking to buy villas in a well know area. Nueva Andalucia has also not seen the prices of their properties fall as dramatically as its neighbors like Fuengirola and Mijas Costa. It certainly has a genuine feel about it, with stunning landmarks suck as the mountains of La Concha and the historical bull ring. Not to mention is abundance of high quality golf courses...

Therefore finding a good property agent with experience in the area who actually has a good stock of property for sale and actually knows what is, and is not a good buy, is essential.

When I was looking for a property for myself in the area I had the displeasure of meeting a couple of agents who quite frankly didn't know what they were talking about, but more importantly didn't listen to what my wife and I wanted. We were shown complete dumps and it was a total waste of time.
