Costa del Sol in the top 10 most popular holiday destinations...

Reports from a UK based travel agent have been posted on an online newspaper The Euro Weekly, that the Costa del Sol managed to hit the third spot in a list of 10 world wide destinations, just behind Dubai and Cyprus. Two other Spanish resorts hit the top 10 (Mallorca & Tenerife) which demonstrates the popularity of the country among British holiday makers once again, and the trend looks set to continue throughout 2014 prompting many investors considering the buy to let market in Spain as one of the best options outside of the UK.

Long term rentals in the Marbella area continue to be popular at the start of 2014 with one company reporting a massive increase in their online enquiries.

Holiday Rentals in Nueva Andalucia and Marbella are also popular due to the proximity to the world famous Puerto Banus and its alluring nightlife.
